ISPG’s Innovation and Planning Week, a time for planning and reflection, allows the workforce to pause non-mission-critical work to prepare for the next quarter, align priorities, and refine strategies.

This quarter’s IP Week will be held from Tuesday, March 28 to Thursday, March 30. ISPG-wide activities will include presentations on the following topics:

  • Improve Collaboration and Understanding Through Simple Strategies and Practices: Explains why communication is important for teamwork and forming partnerships.
  • batCAVE: Covers what the batCAVE platform is, its current state, and how it works.
  • ISPG Strategic Overview: An opportunity for all ISPG team members and supporting contractors to celebrate and reflect on accomplishments while bringing transparency and alignment around the ISPG mission, vision, and strategic direction.
  • Pen Testing Demo: An overview of pen (penetration) testing along with how pen testing is performed in ISPG.
  • Risk and Dependency Management: Introduces the concept of risk and dependency management and how we all have a role to play in this at all levels.
  • Cyber Risk Management Dashboards Demo: The Reporting and Data Integration team from the Division of Implementation and Reporting (DIR) presents a new feature that will be incorporated into both the Known Exploited Vulnerabilities (KEV) and Vulnerability Monitoring (VUL) dashboards. This feature enables more proactive management of Plan of Action and Milestones (POA&Ms) associated with overdue KEVs.
  • Automation of Document Management: DIR shares how they have implemented the automation of document management using SharePoint.
