Action: Complete the New CMS Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion (DEI) Self-Assessment
The Go Culture Self-Assessment Tool launched Tuesday, September 3. The Go Culture program will help:
- Measure your DEI knowledge
- Provide training recommendations tailored to you
- Gauge the impact of training
- Gather feedback
- Collect additional data points to evaluate our DEI maturity and overall organizational effectiveness
Here’s what you need to do:
- Take the assessment by Friday, September 20. It’s confidential and should take about 20 minutes to complete.
- After you take the assessment, access the self-paced Go Culture training tailored to you, based on your assessment results.
- The training is self-paced and takes between 5 and 10 hours to complete.
- There is no deadline to complete the training.
- Download your DEI certificate of completion.
You can also take BiasSync training. BiasSync is a science-based professional development platform that lets you access a library of short trainings about different DEI topics.
