Culture Co-Lab Returns Sept. 14

Join us for the next installment of OIT’s Culture Co-Lab on Thursday, September 14 at 2:05 PM ET.

We’ll start by honoring Hispanic/Latinx Heritage Month, which begins September 15. This national event was established to celebrate the contributions of Americans tracing their roots to Spain, Mexico, Central America, South America, and the Spanish-speaking nations of the Caribbean.

Then we’ll hear from AMG Director Lee Ann Crochunis and Kristen Belcher as they introduce a framework for hard conversations from the Kim Scott book Radical Candor. Examples of how to use the framework and a facilitated discussion will follow. We hope to see you there!
