About the Competency Pillar
Workforce Resilience’s Competency Pillar cohorts provide learners with opportunities to expand on foundational knowledge and skills learned in the Awareness cohort. Learners will deepen their understanding through peer and instructor collaboration and practice-oriented learning directly applicable to their work at CMS.
