Take the 2024 OIT Engagement Survey Rocketship - Your Input Drives Change

During the 2023 OIT Engagement Survey, your feedback made a difference!

You told us you wanted more facilitated discussions. In the last year, we offered and provided facilitators for:

Group and division level staff discussions
Team events and learning days
Program and project planning meetings, strategy discussions, and retrospectives
Non-traditional survey support, such as live surveys using the Remesh AI-enabled survey tool

Your suggestions drove these actions, so thanks for helping us improve OIT!
