During the 2023 OIT Engagement Survey, your feedback made a difference!

You told us we need to improve coordination across divisions.

In the past year, we began sharing information through several channels to help managers and staff understand the divisional roles and learn how divisions can collaborate. Some of these were:

Conducting “divisional panels” at manager meetings
Panel discussions and highlights at all-staff events
Sharing information through PlanetOIT.
