The Awareness Leadership Track introduces you to leadership at three levels: yourself, your teams, and your organization. In addition to three self-paced learning modules, and live virtual sessions, participants are strongly encouraged to keep a leadership journal to reflect on and cement what they are learning.

The Leadership learning track, which starts with the Awareness pillar, is for current leaders, aspiring leaders or those who want to lead from the seat they’re in. Everyone will benefit from discovering their personal leadership style. Learners discover how to enhance their leadership style with industry defined leadership models. They build upon best methods to lead teams and organizations with modern leadership tools in a healthy and effective way. Unlike other leadership courses, this one allows for exploration of leadership through an inward and outward level of the learner.

Under the Awareness level, the Leadership learning track is designed for learners to:

  • Understand their style of leadership and identify how they want to grow the way they want to lead in VUCA (Volatile, Uncertain, Complex, Ambiguous).
  • Become familiar with how to coach and lead teams rather than tell teams, so that teams co-create ideas and solutions themselves.
  • Create environments that support the creativity, intelligence, and solutions from the organizational system.

If you’ve already completed the Awareness Leadership Track and you’re ready to learn more, sign up for the Competency Leadership Track that starts Tuesday, May 16.

This course provides an experiential approach to learning, where learners are introduced to a concept, practice the concept within the course, then explore how to apply those concepts in their own leadership roles, so it can be applied immediately. Throughout the Competency Pillar, we will provide an alternative to the traditional leadership approaches of the past to thrive in the VUCA world and equip leaders with hands-on practices to effectively lead teams.

By the end of the Competency Pillar, learners will participate in hands-on practice of the following:

  • Continue a journey which inspires lifelong learning and adaptation of your leadership styles for changing environments
  • Demonstrate essential definitions of a high-performance team
  • Demonstrate and define styles conducive to leading a high-performance team in a VUCA environment
