Collaboration tools are the backbone of OIT’s hybrid workplace. They make it possible to stay connected and productive with a workforce dispersed in offices and homes across the U.S. In the wake of COVID-19, it’s almost impossible to imagine an efficient hybrid work environment without them.

An important update is that WebEx Teams will no longer be available at CMS as of June 30, 2022. With WebEx Teams going away, what can teams use to collaborate with their team members?
